5342 x64 screen fade

A few time now after switching user, there is some kind of screen fade. My screen is very dark, i can see windows but its like the brightness of the screen is very low. Only after logging out and loggin in again its normal again

When the user logs into Windows, it fades from black to the desktop - maybe this isn't rendering properly? This did this on mine because one of my machines is slower than the rest (WinSAT Rating: 2) but a boost of graphics drivers seemed to help this.
File it as a bug :o)
